Heather – Let me know how they turn out. Honestly, I think they would be even better with just lemon. I was thinking too that next time I’d make the crust a bit thinner and add even more lemon – so go nuts!

So making these this weekend. I still have about 250 lemons on my tree hanging on. Perfect way to use… um… 1? Maybe Ill have to skip the orange and add TWO lemons. How devil may care huh?!
