I also love your devil-may-care approach to your blog and its readership. I tend to get caught up in the comment count and it brings me nothing but misery. At those times, I remind myself that ultimately the blog is for me. It's a record of my life told through food, since I don't seem to have the time or energy to keep the handwritten journals I have been writing since childhood.
